Jay Karnes is perhaps best known for his portrayal of the awkward, brilliant detective Holland “Dutch” Wagenbach on FX’s Golden Globe®-winning drama “The Shield.” Karnes has appeared in numerous television series including ABC’s “Scandal,” FOX’s “House,” USA’s “Burn Notice” and FX’s “Sons of Anarchy,” to name a few.
Most recently, Karnes has appeared on the SyFy channel’s “12 Monkeys” and FX’s “Tyrant.” He will next be seen as a series regular on ABC’s drama series “The Crossing.” He has also worked extensively in the regional theatre.
